Polish rabbits are smaller than Netherlands by about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds. There are also several differences in appearance:
-Netherlands have compact bodies, while Polish bodies are generally more elongated.
-Netherlands have rounder, shorter heads while Polish have longer heads with pointier noses.
-Netherlands have characteristically short ears while Polish have longer ears.
More recently, Polish rabbits are being bred to look more and more similar to Netherland dwarfs. Judges at shows like the appearance of Netherlands, so rabbit showers continue this practice. That is why Polish are beginning to look and become more similar to Netherlands.

It's just a guess, but it's a good one. Regardless, that's a wonderful tiny bunny.
