Disney produced very few War films- with the exceptions of really old historical stuff such as Westerns and such things as Johnny Shiloh ( Confederate Lad) and Johnny Tremaine ( junior grade Paul Revere)- There may have been British servicemen in Bedknobs and Broomsticks which mixed fantasy and comedy with a wartime setting and also used a Motorcyle and sidecar. I did not see the film but recall the reviews.I would say, no. No RAF men in Disney films, at least not as lead characters.
