Most of the 'traditional' Rotary clubs adhere to a strict dress code. Gentlemen wear jackets and ties at all times during the meeting. More recently the President's of some clubs have exercised their discretion and excused the wearing of jackets. Improper attire attracts the attention of the Sergeant At Arms.
