Answer:A family is a social Institution where a social contract on trust,love,care and other human values are at work.There are some areas where the social contract tend to snap with differences in opinion or actions.Between parents & children the contract tends to snap with differences in thoughts ,opinions and the way of life by each individual in the family.If one is to keep the social contract intact then:1. One individual has to submit to the other unconditionally to avoid confrontation.2 By compromise to avoid confrontation.3.By understanding and respecting(opinions & actions)of every individual in the family.4.by clear terms in the social contract amicably.
