What is the average IQ of American enlisted soldiers?
I know that during the first half of the 1980's the average IQ of enlisted ranks in the US Army was around 100. I suspect that has not changed much. The minimum allowable for enlistment is 90, and is permissible for some MOS's. The IQ score is reflected in the GT portion of the ASVAB taken by all perspective enlistees for all military branches.
