What is the Greek word for 'pastor'?

The Greek word poimen literally means a shepherd, one who tends flocks or herds, as opposed to one who merely feeds them although it certainly includes this idea. The word is used as a metaphor for Christian pastors who both guide and look after the 'flock' of believers over whom they have responsibility.
