There is no single Hebrew word for "ascended from the heavens". In fact, this phrase doesn't make sense, because ascending means "going up". You can't really go up from Heaven, if Heaven is at the top.

If you mean descended from the Heavens, it's yarad min hashamayim.

If you mean ascended TO the Heavens, it's alah hashamayma.
