The 'Hot Coffee' mod was a controversial mini-game in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, in which the player controlled the actions of the main character, CJ, during sexual intercourse with his girlfriends. Rock Star decided not to include the minigame, and locked it. However, mods later came out that enabled the play of this part of the game. It changed the game rating from mature to 18+ until Rock Star came out with a new version of the game that did not have Hot Coffee anywhere on the disc.
