There aren't many Islamic sources available on the topic so we don't know what all the names of the mothers of the prophets of Islam. A few names are known but most are not. Some are named in the Judeo-Christian tradition but not in the Islamic*.

The Prophet Muhammad's mother was called Amina.

Moses' mother was Yocheved* (His natural Hebrew mother), Asiyah was his adoptive Egyptian mother.

Joseph's mother was Rachel*

Ishmael's mother was Hagar (Hajara)

Isaac's mother was Sarah

Adam didn't have a mother of course

His son Seth's (considered a prophet, but much less known) mother was obviously Eve

and of course, Mary (Maryam) was the mother of Jesus

A stepmother is a wife of one's father (other than one's mother). Mohammed's father, Abdullah ibn Abdulmuttalib, probably had only one wife, Amina bint Wahb, who was Mohammed's mother. Tabari mentions "another wife whom Abdullah had beside Amina" but he does not name this woman. From the context, the story seems apocryphal. However, if she existed, she was Mohammed's stepmother, and I am sorry that I cannot tell you her name.

Perhaps you meant a foster mother, i.e. a caregiver who takes a child into her own house for his earliest years. Mohammed's foster mother was Halima bint Abi Zuayb al-Saadiya. For a few days before this, he also had a wet-nurse, a slave named Thuwayba.

Or perhaps you meant a mother-in-law, i.e. the mother of one's spouse. Although Mohammed had several wives, he never met most of his mothers-in-law. For example, Khadija's mother died long before Mohammed knew Khadija. Here are the mothers-in-law with whom Mohammed interacted.

1. Zaynab bint Amir (Umm Ruman) was the mother of Ayesha bint Abi Bakr. They had a cordial relationship until her death in April or May 628.

2. Zaynab bint Mazoon was the mother of Hafsa bint Omar.

3. His aunt, Umama bint Abdulmuttalib, was the mother of Zaynab bint Jahsh. She was still alive in Medina 628.
