あなた (pronounced anata). It is used in sentences like this:

あなたは今日店 を実行して担当している。(Anata wa kyō-ten o jikkō shite tantō shite iru.)

Translation: You are in charge of running the shop today.

Adding to the above:

Like other things in Japanese, there are a few ways of saying it which are contextual.

Anata is of course correct, but so are 'kimi' (typically used with intimates, significant others, etc), 'omae' or 'temee' (these are "rougher", used to antagonize or in casual settings with friends)

To express that something is the possession of something else, you use the particle の (no). In this case we are expressing that something is in possession of a "you", so we can use any word used in describing another party + の to mean "your".

Some Examples:

君の (kimi no)

あなたの (anata no)

You (singular) in most common usage of Japanese:

You (archaic/formal) --> (汝) そなた /so na ta/ , 尊台 /son dai/

You (archaic/informal) --> お主 /o nu shi/

You (very polite) --> 其方様 /so chi ra sa ma/

You (polite/common) --> あなた /a na ta/ , 御前さん /o ma e san/

You (informal) --> あんた /an ta/ , 君 /ki mi/ , お前 /o ma e/

You (rather offensive) --> てめえ /te mee/ , 己 /o no re/

You (offensive) --> 貴様 /ki sa ma/

Of course in Japanese due to different senses of language, like humble, polite etc, there are many other pronouns too. These are the ones I heard/read at least once, note that some of them in some situations can mean other things or be rude, like 'onore' if used about oneself, is humble way of saying 'I' or 'me'.

You can either say あなた (anata)、君(kimi), お前 (omae)、貴様(kisama), 手前 (temae). I put them in order by polite to impolite. Most people use anata & kimi but they all mean the same which is "you"
