If the car has been sitting for awhile maybe the heater fan has a mouse nest in it. Not much info to go by . Does it get louder when fan gets turned to hi ? Could it be a hissing sound from one of the vacuum hoses being off ? Does it change at all when climate control unit is turned off? Message me and I can try to help you further.

good points, but there is no vacuum on the climate controls, just electronic servos. If you do hear a vacuum leak, the only source i know would be the parking brake line.
Type your answer here... IT SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THE TERMP ACTUATORS ARE STRIPPED AND THAT WILL SOMETIMES MAKE A CONSTANT CLICKING SOUND UNDER THE DASH
Under Left Side Dash Board Under plastic cover .....:)
Under dash
the ticking is the blinkers
passenger side under the dash
under the dash on driver's side
Under the hood.
It will either be under the dash or in the engine compartment.
Under the dash board I think.
usually under the dash
Under the dash.
On our 2000 Navigator, it's under the driver's side dash under the steering wheel.
