Not much, 15 mpg or less.

I have a 1987 Ford F-250 with a 7.5 liter V8 in it and i believe i get 5 mpg.
It depends on the engine and the drive. If it's a 4.6L V8 with 2-wheel drive, you'll get anywhere from 18 to 20 mpg. If it's a 5.4L V8 with 4-wheel drive, you'll get 14 to 16 mpg. Ford is the best truck anyway, so just stick with a Ford.... :D
Depending on what engine it has it will be bad. You would be lucky to get 17 on a V8.

There are 2 choices of V8 Triton engines in the Ford F-150. The 4.6L V8 and the 5.4L V8. I'll put some figures below. 4.6L Triton V8 - 16mpg city / 22mpg highway 5.4L Triton V8 - 14mpg city / 20mpg highway Class-Leading Fuel Economy. :D
