First,have a pokemon that know fly\telephot.
Next,go to the nugget place(I fogot everything)and there should me a trainer beside the water(that brings you to the unknow dengon I think).
One step down,quickly go to the menw(plause)(Save before this)and use fly\telephot back.(you shold not able to go to the menw)
Come here again,and fight with someone which have 1 or 2 slowpoke(fogot how many)and you are able to fly/telephot back(do that)and walk all the way back again.
You should be in your menw.press be,and battle mew(MEW)!
Take note Ive tried it before.(I think there's also other cheat like lvl 1 mew but this one is I think lvl 7)
