It lets you make a Mii, which is a little animated character used in various other places on the 3DS, such as the Mii Plaza games, your friends list, Letter Box, etc.

If you mean a Friend Code, just go to the smiley face icon on the home screen and it tells you there. If you mean a QR code, while on the Mii Maker, go to image options (or something like that) and do save mii as QR code. hope this helps
You need to finish the first find mii twice and get all the hats, then you will unlock the find mii 2. I know it is disappointing. That's the only way to get it.
The 3DS' 'main' mii is used on the friends list and Letterbox for example, but you can specify a different one for the streetpass games on the Mii plaza.
u have to write in the computer special mii in a search engine and click images and then hover over a barcode image to see if it is a celeb/special mii and if it is go on the mii make menu and click on scan/make barcode and click scan barcode and scan it and u will get a celeb/special mii
