Islamic economics is not supposed to generate interest, but profit is certainly acceptable. There is no specific term for final profit derived from a business that is peculiar to Islamic economics.

There is no language called 'Muslim'. So, nothing called Muslim translation. You may specify Arabic, French, Italian ... translation but not Muslim translation.
It's not called anything. If by profit you mean revenues. Then it is called a loss.
