The Night Elf Mohawk (grenade) is a special grenade that does not do any damage. It replaces the face and hair of anyone that gets caught in the "blast" with that of a likeness of "Mr. T" with Night Elf ears and a Mr T. Mohawk, hence, the Night Elf Mohawk.
This is a special item that is not in the game at all times, and Blizzard only pulls it out every so often as it is one of those advertising gimmicks.

∙ 11y agoIf you happen to have some saved grenades from the last time it was available, then yes, you can. However, it has been a while since they were last available and there is no information on when, or if they will be available again.

∙ 12y agoThe Night Elf Mohawk is an effect from the Mohawk Grenade, which causes your face to turn into that of a grimacing Night Elf with a blue mohawk haircut.
These grenades can be gotten from the Night Elf Mohawk (based on the Mr.T World of Warcraft commercial) which stands outside of Northshire on occasion.
So far he has appeared twice, but currently he's not ingame - so until Blizzard decides to put the NPC back, these grenades and the mohawk are unobtainable.
