Underneath the car, there is a large plastic shield. It is easier if you take shield down by taking the bolts out and the one push-pin clip in the middle of it. If not taking shield down, oil filter is straight up inside the square cut hole in the shield.

If its the same as my '07 Camry: Make sure you have your Blue Tooth enabled device with you (obviously) and that Blue Tooth is enabled on your device and it helps to be at the "Pairing" page where it searches for other Blue Tooth devices. Then do the same in your vehicle using your stereo. The computer in my ''07 Camry asks me to give this new connection a name (its an arbitrary name for that profile) and then offers a "Pin" which I enter on my phone. They find each other ("Pair") and that's that. One thing that made it much easier is..... To use just the knobs on my stereo and ignore the second set of controls on my steering wheel.
