It is called "Sveriges Riksdag", it has 349 members and the speaker of the parliament is Per Westerberg from the Moderate party.

There are currently two blocs in the parliament.

The alliance for Sweden is the one ruling the country at the moment and it consists of:

The moderate party (97 seats), Centre party (29 seats), liberal peoples party (28 seats) and the christian democrats (24 seats) total: 178 seats

and the opposition bloc, the red-green bloc:

Social democrats (130 seats), Left party (22 seats) and the green party (19 seats) total: 171 seats
