A wild Pokemon modifier is used on ar (Action Replay) it is a code you can use to choose what Pokemon and what level you want encounter in the wild. For example, if I wanted a lvl 100 mew then i would put the code in and the level and mew will be the next Pokemon you see in the wild anywhere and it also will have all of his right attacks.
