Right now, April 24th 2010, there are no Pokemon games that come AFTER heart gold and soul silver, in terms of a sequel series.
Heartgold and soulsilver, are more based off of the gameboy color game, Pokemon crystal, where they first introduced selection of your gender, and a lot of twinks, that crystal had that Pokemon gold and silver did not.
