Hasta Luego - See you later
Hasta Pronto - See you soon
Hasta Luego is the more commonly used term in the Spanish culture, however. Hasta Pronto is the technical translation for "see you soon" but I don't think it is used in the same way English speakers use the term.
"Ver" is the spanish ver "to see." Pronto is the word for "soon." "You" is not a Spanish word. "Te veo pronto" would be "I'll see you soon." "Nos vemos pronto" is "We'll see each other soon."
Hasta pronto = See you soon.
