Take the train direct from the airport. You may have to change at Bruxelles Nord or Centrale!!
Fastest way is taking the train from the airport to the Brussels South railwaystation (most of the trains that leave from the airport run to that station) The Eurostar terminal is at Brussels South Railway station (local names: Brussel Zuid & Bruxelles Midi)
London to Brussels by Eurostar takes about 2 hours
10 to 15 minutes by train. Take the 'brussels airport express' train in one of the three major railway stations (Nord, Central, Midi). By car or taxi it depends of the traffic: when it's calm it's only 20 minutes, on a very busy day it may take an hour.
Most easy way is of course the Eurostar highspeed train. Leaving several times a day from St. Pancras station in the center of London, going under the Chunnel and arriving only 1h55 later totally relaxed in Brussels Midi station, in the center of Brussels.
Eurostar is the brand name of the company running high speed trains London-Paris and London-Lille-Brussels through the Channel Tunnel.Eurostar uses the stations: St. Pancras (London), Gare du Nord (Paris), Bruxelles Midi (Brussels) and Lille Europe.

By train: Eurostar high speed trains go from Brussels Midi station to London St Pancras in less than 2 hours. If you really want to drive by car: take the E40 in the direction of Gent - Brugge - Oostende up to Calais. From there take the Shuttle (ride your car on a train, the train goes through the tunnel under the Canal) so you arrive in Dover. From there take the M20 going on to the A20 right to London.
