Honestly the best answer to this question will be found by searching Ebay and then placing bid watches on any notes that are most similar to the note you are interested in. These German 100 reichsbanknotes are on Ebay and vary in price depending on the date written on the bill. a 1907-08 note for example could fetch upwards of $4.00, whereas more recent bills are less highly desired. Good luck.

note reference mark
No
It is a staccato mark. It means to play the note short, generally one half of its normal value. So if you have a quarter note in 4/4 time with a dot under it, you play it about 1/2 beat, or in other words, like an eigth note.
Since adopting the Euro in 2001, Deutsche Mark notes are no longer legal tender. They have a replacement value (in a German bank) of approx $7.50. A 1989-1999 uncirculated 10DM note is worth between $10-$20, depending on signature.
It depends on the year, mint mark, dents, edges, etc. I collect coins. If you would tell me the year and mint mark at least, I think I could pick it up off the internet somewhere. Note: If it has a mint mark, it will have more value. Although, it is probably only worth its face value.
