There are lots of different types of Welsh food like the most well known one which is Bara Brith. There are also lots of others Cawl which is a Welsh meat and vegetable soup/broth. You can also get Welsh rarebit which is melted cheese and vegetables on warm toast. This one has a really Welsh name which is Tatws-pum-mynud, it is sliced potatoes,onions and bacon fried in a frying pan this meal is also traditionally eaten with crusty bread and butter. Finally there is Laverbread which is made from boiled seaweed and is a Welsh delicacy and is also a part of the Welsh diet.
