The only acids that might be present in ordinary soap are unreacted fatty acids, but its just as likely to contain unreacted lye (which CAN actually burn the skin, fatty acids are harmless). If the soap was produced correctly there will be no unreacted components at all, it will be just a mixture of organo-metallic salts.

Modern detergent "soaps" don't contain acids.
