Daniel does not have a Myspace, twitter, Facebook....he`s stated that several times. He does enjoy music, he could have a you tube account but not under his actual name.
He didn't - he never even received actual training. He didn't even need to. He spent ten years of his life surrounded by British acting royalty such as Maggie Smith and Alan Rickman.
I don't know if you can watch the actual audition yet (it is going to be released with one of the DVDs, probably on one of the bonus discs), but see the Related Link below for an article about the day Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint met, complete with a very cute picture of the two boys taking a walk, getting to know each other, at age 10 or so.

Harry Potter is not based on an actual person. JK Rowling has been quoted as saying: I had been writing almost continuously since the age of six but I had never been so excited about an idea before. I simply sat and thought, for four (delayed train) hours, and all the details bubbled up in my brain, and this scrawny, black-haired, bespectacled boy who did not know he was a wizard became more and more real to me. The actor who brought Harry to life on the screen is Daniel Radcliffe. Radcliffe played Harry Potter in all of the movies.
it was James Watson but, Rosalind Franklin actual discovered it! GO WOMEN!
To start with, I'd read the actual account at Daniel 6:1-28
