If the monthly statement is not received, you still need to send in your payment. If you do not have the address, you need to call your creditor to see where the payment should be mailed to.

In invoice factoring arrangement, your customer will be sent an official but friendly notice of where to send the payment and your invoice will also have that address.

Each CitiFinancial has their own unique address to mail the payments too. You will need to use the address that is on your monthly statement to send your payments.
Look on your bill, or call them. They may (in fact, I'm pretty sure they do) have multiple payment addresses depending on where you live.
