When deciding between an extended stay hotel and an apartment rental, there are a few key differences to consider. First, with an extended stay hotel you do not have to sign a lease or any other type of contract. You can stay as long as you wish without a long-term commitment. With an apartment, you will have the added luxury of being able to make it more of a "home." With an extended stay hotel, it is harder to personalize and feel comfortable in the space for any amount of time. Another advantage of an extended stay apartment is the security. Everyone who is there must register themselves and their guests, and the environment is much more controlled. An apartment can be much more expensive short-term because you need to contact utility companies and you would have separate bills for each service. In an extended stay hotel everything is included in one lump sum and and much easier to keep track of.
