The gun was made by SKB in Japan and imported by Ithaca, starting in 1966. I don't know when your particular gun was made.
Depends on the model and condition. An Ithaca Mdl 37 Featherlight in 16 g in excellent condition is $500-$600 at retail.

Sounds like this is a "New Ithaca Double". Depending on condition, I see these selling for $350-$500 on Gunbroker.com.
