The savage model 94 was made from 1929-1945.They were available in 12,16,20,28,or .410 gauge.Nice old single shot shotguns.
I can say that the savage model 220 was made between the years 1937-1945.The total production figures are 50,000 firearms.

I believe you have a JC Higgins model 101.1 This should be a single shot 12 ga. It was made by Savage as the Savage model 94. They were made between 1926 and 1945
That is a single-shot shotgun built by Savage for Sears. Basically the same as the Savage/Stevens Model 94. $75 in top condition. sales@countrygunsmith.net

These single shot .22 cal rifles were made from 1930-1947.Their value is not much,going for between 30-100 dollars.
A serial number might help.
