You can let your child drive a car on a privately owned road as young as they get!. But if its on a public road they must have a drivers license/permit and ensurance

If you are a listed insured on your siblings policy then yes, you can certainly drive it. If you are not listed then your sibling needs to contact their insurance agent and ask if you are covered or not. none is allowed to drive a car illegaly without licence or a permit of a parent/guardian, if you have a licence ,then it is good ,other wise you should not drive the car

I am not positve if a sibling can watch over another sibling when a parent is away. But I Know for a fact that if one of siblings is at least 12 the child stay home by themselves. So if one of the siblings is at least 12 i think tht sibling can watch over the other sibling while a parent is away.
