excision of posterior axillary fold lipoma after neurological examination of the upper limb and mamogram if female . we remove skin ellipse to avoid skin redundacy post operatively. post op. follow up for 2 years because recurrence is apossibility. complete removal by surgical excision is preferable over lposuction in which the recurrence is high.
