I am not sure why this question has been asked. A service pack is nothing more than a group of updates packaged together and sometimes integrated into a release of an operating system. Windows 2000 is long obsolete and nobody should still be using it. Windows XP came out AFTER 2000 and it is obsolete and now longer supported.
