You can rent cargo haulers at Trailer Plus in the Daytona area. You can also try Upack and Cargo containers.
Open the rear cargo hatch. Pull up the cargo area carpet and open the cargo area floor. To keep the cargo area floor out of the way, the plastic hook is designed to hold the floor ouf of the way by attaching to the top of the roof sill. The jack is underneath the cargo storage bin. Remove the cargo storage bin by removing each of the four clips holding the bin to the floor by pulling straight up on the ring. Lift up and remove the bin. The jack is underneath.
Cargo area is about 14.4 cubic feet.
As you are facing the rear cargo area looking inside the vehicle the jack and tools are located on the drivers side of the rear cargo area. You must remove the interior trim cargo cup holder/tray just over the left rear tire to access this area.
They are used for the cargo net ( assuming you mean the hooks in the cargo area floor )
