Diary of A Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules is written in first person as Greg Heffley, the main character. You can tell because it is written using "I" and "me" frequently outside the context of quotation marks. You can also tell because in certain situations when they mention Greg, he always comments on his POV. All of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books are written in Greg's POV, in first person.

Yes. An author's bias is the author's belief, or side of the story. An author's point of view is the direction in which the author is coming from or their side of the story.
The point of view is 2nd view. Greg is talking to you, but you aren't in the story (1st person), and you aren't just reading it but you are reading what everyone does (ex. Harry Potter, instead of, "I ran down the hallway" or "I ran down the hallway, but you would know that", it would be more like "Harry ran down the hallway." So, it's second view.
