There are about 600 seeds in one whole pomegranate.

Although the amount of seeds varies by the individual fruit, of course, that is a rough average. Reportedly, some have had fewer than 200, some over 1300.

The Torah doesn't specify the number of seeds in a pomegranate, however, tradition holds that there are 613 seeds to match the number of mitzvot.
