Join a sports team. You are 11 years old, you should not be trying to lose wight until you have fully completed puberty. Also 95 lb. at 5'1 is a healthy weight and attempting to lose ten pounds of weight could seriously harm your development. Don't worry about being skinnier than your friend, there is such a thing as too skinny. Don't worry about weight you are far from overweight. Playing sports can increase your overall health, improve your musculature and help you to meet new friends. Play a sport and eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats and whole grains. Soccer and Basketball offer a lot of health benefits for a young girl.
