The polar bear is the largest carnivore on the earth. They can measure between 2.4 to 3 meters in length (7.9 to 9.8 feet). Females are comparatively smaller and and measure 1.8 to 2.4 meters (5.9 to 7.9 feet) in length.

Standing on all four feet, their height at shoulder is around 130 to 160 cms (4 to 5.5 feet) and while standing they can be as much as 10 feet or more in height.
