Their are three sizes of the poodle breed. Standard size measure from 15 in. to 27 in. Miniature sized poodles 10 to 15 inches. The Toy size (including teacup) 10 inches and under. Weight doesn't really count but maybe if you are going to show them.

Poodles can be many sizes. The tiniest can be under 8 inches tall at the shoulder and the largest can be more then 24 inches tall. There are breed names for different heights off poodles, but in the same way a bantamweight boxer and a heavyweight boxer are both human a standard poodle and a teacup poodle are the same type of dog.

For a miniature schnauzer, 1 foot; standard schnauzer, one and a half feet; giant schnauzer, two feet (measured at the shoulder).
