Most of the time the baby tooth will fall out eventually. If it doesn't seem to be getting loose, it should be removed by a dentist so it doesn't cause adult teeth to be crowded or crooked.

Usually a dentist if the tooth is required to be removed. If the tooth is just loose because it's a "baby" tooth then it should fall out by itself with time and wiggling. If you are talking about your wisdom teeth that is usually done by an oral surgeon by appointment.
That would depend on if your a child or not. you have two sets of teeth in your life time, when you are a child and lose a tooth an adult tooth takes its place, if your an adult and lose a tooth it does not grow back.
No, unfortunately we are not like sharks, who continue to grow nice new teeth throughout their lives. If a tooth falls out of our mouths, we will have a gap there permanently unless we get a fake tooth. The only time a tooth falls out and gets replaced by a new tooth, is when our baby teeth begin to fall out during childhood.
