I'd say 120-145 pounds. It can vary greatly from each person though and that person can still be healthy. Each and every person has a different body type. I am 13 years old, 5'9 and weigh 129 pounds. I try to eat healthy and be active. If you weigh more than what I said you may still be healthy, this is just what I think.
