So, I'm gonna make a guess and say for a girl who is 5 feet tall and 11 years old, she should weight about 90 to 110 pounds for a healthy average girl. Anyone that has more information, feel free to write it here in the answers. My 2nd AnswerNope, that seems a little too light for a 5 foot tall girl who's already double digits in age. My AnswerI'm no expert at this, since I'm a guy, but I'll take a guess and say an average girl that's 5 feet tall and 11 years old should probably weigh between 130 to 150 pounds, though probably closer to 130 than 150. When I was 11, I weighed around 50 to 70 pounds, but I was underweight. An 11 year old girl who is of average weight shouldn't weigh more than 110 pounds. 120 pounds is probably the cutoff to "average" weight for that age. To the above answer -- 130 to 150 pounds is correct for maybe a twelve to thirteen year old male; females weigh less than males in youth and I wouldn't consider that anywhere near average for very young girls.

Dont ask what is a good weight for your age. Ask what is a good weight for your body type. How much fat do you have on your body? Can you pinch a full handfull of fat on your belly. If so, that is too much. Get down to less than three inches of fat on your stomach or hips and you will be in good shape.

If you are super skinny, you need to worry too. If you are a stick then think about exercising and maybe eating a LITTLE more.
