It is actually not hard when you try to understand the traditions and life style with the heart. Some people just refuses to understand it saying that it's too much to do, for example the praying. They say that it takes time, but it actually isn't once you really understand what the benefits of praying can give you. It is found that the positions in praying is very good for your health and in spiritual terms, praying can stop you from doing evil deeds. The life style in general is for some people very simple. That is how life should be. A glamorous life can only lead to jealousy and jealousy could lead into other different things, which I'm sure will do you no good. Take your time in understanding it.
