BEE SENSES (not sences)

Bees have two antennae for -
Touch
Taste
Smell (odor detection)
Carbon Dioxide Detection.

Three simple eyes (ocelli) to monitor -
Intensity of Light
Reaction of compound eyes to light.

Two compound Eyes to
Detect up to 300 movements per second
Distinguish between solid and striated (furrowed; striped; streaked) shapes.
Detect colours in range approx orange to ultraviolet.
Detect the polarity of light (for navigation)

Bees do not hear the way humans do, by variation of air pressure but can detect some "movement of air particles" and this type of sound can only be heard under about a quarter of an inch, via their antennae.

Humans communicate mainly through speech. The bee equivalent is pheromones, distributed by air, in liquid via food, grooming and deposition on hive surfaces.

Venom can communicate anger and is easily detectable by humans, an angry bee smells something like super glue, if you can smell it, she has decided to attack and the scent will also attract other bees to attack.

They also communicate by dancing, indicating distance to a food source, direction in relation to the sun.
