well when i first played Pokemon diamond my team for the elite four was

salamence level 57 Draco meteor earthquake flamethrower ice beam

garchomp level 55 Draco meteor earthquake giga impact flamethrower

infernape level 59 fire blast flamethrower close combat shadow claw

milotic level 54 surf ice beam mirror coat hydro pump

tyranitar level 53 crunch stone edge rock slide hyper beam

dialga level 60 roar of time dragon pulse earthquake Draco meteor

note:save all rare candys for dialga/palkia so when you get out of victory road use all rare candys that you have on them that was 7 for me then fly to veilstone and get TM hyper beam thunder solar beam fire blast then go into game corner buy ice beam giga impact thunderbolt flamethrower psychic shadow ball go back to elite four i recomend training up on the first guy until all Pokemon are about level 55 or over then buy lots of revives full restores calciums hp ups all those things then vs elite four hope i helped good luck.
