Sit ups on an incline with weights. Then really slow sit ups laying flat on the ground then all the way to touching your toes and back down.Think of keeping your stomach flat or pin to the ground and try not to let your back lift off the ground.Hold and pulse at your hardest spot(usually almost laying back flat). Works great for me:)
