Again, this has to be my personal opinion only: The Bullet GT - especially when racing with Mori, and you can use the NoX button for that mission. Fast isn't the word. I managed to save this on Niko Bellic's safehouse parking space on Albany Avenue after the race. I wasn't sure if this saving would work in BoGT, but it did.
Coming up second, and always one of my all time favourite cars is the Sentinel. This is not only fast and strong, but it purrs along smoothly. Very reliable in a cop chase because it can take a lot of damage and still be driven.
After that, it would be the fast and reliable Turismo.

I believe the only difference is that Yusuf Amir had the stolen Buzzard painted gold.

The Infernus is much more common in TBOGT than in the main GTA IV game. They can be seen around Westminster and Star Junction, The Meat Quarter (especially), Suffolk and Lower Easton - in Algonquin. You Can Also Get A Car Called Huntley Sport and Drive It Around Yusuf's House Where The Super Drop Diamond Is Located And you'll Find the Infernus

This is a short answer. Obviously it will be GTA5. I don't have the game, but what I have heard and seen in magazines is that you will be able to do what you want. (for real) Like traveling to places other than 3 islands. (like vineyards) Also you get planes unlike in GTA4 you just get to see them. There is a nice selection in big and little boats in GTA4 but there is no little little boats like the jetski you get in GTA5.
