What is the best class plus perks in Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2?

There is no single answer for the 'best' perk combination, it is what you define as best. Personally for stealth gameplay, I would use:
- Tier 1 Perk - Bling (2 weapon attachments; silencer and other)
- Tier 2 Perk - Cold-Blooded Pro (Undetectable by UAV, air support, sentries, and thermal/No red cross hair when targeted)
- Tier 3 Perk - Ninja Pro (Invisible to heartbeat sensors/silent footsteps)
Sniper gameplay
- Tier 1 Perk - One Man Army Pro (Change classes)
- Tier 2 Perk - Cold-Blooded Pro (Same reason as above)
- Tier 3 Perk - Steady Aim Pro (Longer hold breath duration)
Assault gameplay
- Tier 1 Perk - Scavenger Pro (Pick up extra ammunition/spawn with full ammunition)
- Tier 2 Perk - Stopping Power Pro (Increased bullet damage/Extra air support damage)
- Tier 3 Perk - Scrambler Pro (Jam enemy radar close to you/Delay enemy claymore explosions)

FAL, granade launcher , heartbeat sensor this is effective if you shot twice then just holding the triger down.
secondry doesnt make a difference i recomend a shotgun
perks, bling makes u have 2 attachments to FAL but use acog or red dot on its got a good sight
cold blooded can come in useful if your on a kill streak and some one has thermal or if someone has air strike or anything like that.
third perk doesn't make a difference relay
USEFUL THINGS TO KNOW
Always have a heavy machine gun class and have a stinger as secondary good for shooting down helicopter and big areas.
Have a sub machine gun class with a magnum with tacknife and marathon pro and cold blooded pro
when online do nick care packages and noob cube if u can
