the best routing system seems to be virtual pbx right now. they do all of your needs , they track and send calls to diffeent locations not just one.
call your phone company and ask them, because it is usually different for each company, whether it is verizon or atnt, or some other company, it would just be best to call and ask

The best company in opinion is AT&T, as they offer many different packages, including unlimited text, call, and web for cheaper than most other companies. If you do not use the internet or do not use text you have many other options of which package is right for you, and at an affordable price.

It depends on the routing protocol in use, for example RIP uses the hop-count to determine the best route where less hops is better, OSPF uses cost, EIGRP uses a composite metric (BW + Delay + Reliability + Load) etc.
Routing bank is the same as the sort code. UK banks use the sort code while the US banks use the routing number.

If you have SunTrust as your bank and you want to do direct deposit, you should use the normal routing number that is on the check. The ACH routing number is for payments that will be sent to the bank not for direct deposits.
