Which computer is best for playing Minecraft?

Currently most graphics cards, even low range ones are sufficient for minecraft's opengl graphics. Minecraft requires processing power rather than a hefty graphics card, and frame rates are more commonly limited by your processor, memory, and even the speed you can read and write to your hard drive.

This is what i have:

Intel celeron dual core 1.8ghz (might overclock)

NVIDIA gt 520 1gb graphics card

4gb of most likely 800mhz ram

and a Foxconn H61MD LGA 1155

This computer is going to be for my brother because he doesn't have a computer and this is what i was thinking about because he would be playing internet games, minecraft, and robocraft. thanks for reading this.

Windows 7 or Windows XP but use a personal computer not a laptop or net book.

A windows computer is the most best as I am concerned but any OS that can properly function the game is ok. So in that case any OS can work with minecraft.
